Scottsdale’s epic Nirvana Food & Wine Festival kicks off on April 24! The five-day event will bring top chefs and mixologists together for a thrilling culinary experience you won’t want to miss. There are a couple new events on the 2019 agenda including Wood, Wine & Wagyu and Nirvana’s first-ever late-night event – Nirvana After Party at Fat Ox. Of course fan favorites, Flutes & Coops, Best of the West, Bourbon Street Blues, Rosé Parté, Tequila & Tortillas, and the Celebrity Golf Tournament will be back and bigger than ever! The party doesn’t stop there – Nirvana After Party at Fat Ox is scheduled to thrill on Friday, April 26, 10:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. Hosted at the Fat Ox, 6316 N. Scottsdale Rd, guests will enjoy Nirvana’s first-ever late-night event will be an exclusive, roped-off, live-DJ affair at one of Scottsdale’s sexiest restaurants.
For $125 (plus tax per person), party-goers can experience treats by Fat Ox chef, Matt Carter, and mixologist, Jillian Vose, as well as rub shoulders with the best of Nirvana’s celebrity chefs and local mixologists, including Jason Asher, owner of Counter Intuitive and Undertow and former GQ Bombay Sapphire’s “most inspired bartender”.
At Wood, Wine, and Wagu the sit-down, family-style dinner features Wagyu beef from Snake River Farms grilled over a wood fire by local and national chefs, including Sanctuary’s own Beau MacMillan.
Bourbon Street Blues will feature Nirvana’s New Orleans’-style celebration with an extraordinary spread of food and drinks all set to a Big Easy beat.
The Rosé Parte celebration will take place at the iconic Wrigley Mansion pairing rosé alongside delectable culinary creations by some of the countries’ top chefs. and Best of the West will celebrate the best chefs in the west, pairing their creations alongside world-class cocktails in this spectacular walk-around tasting event.
