I recently visited 9Round just off the 101/Shea to see what all the hype was about. I have friends that swear by this workout since it’s only 30 minutes and you can go anytime during their business hours- convenient and quick? I’m in!!
9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of nine challenging workout stations developed by a World Champion Kickboxer. While I was there I tried boxing, kicking, punching, and a bunch of other exercises designed to be done in 3 minute intervals. Here’s What You Can Expect:
- Show up at your convenience; there are no class times
