It’s almost time for Spring Training in Arizona and what better way to kick it off with a little party?!
This Thursday more than 150 big leaguers will come together in Scottsdale to celebrate the kick off to spring training 2018 at “Karts and Guitars,” Athletes Brand’s 5th annual spring baseball event for the players, fans, and a cause.
New this year, the open-to-the-public event will feature a 16 player Mario Kart 64 tournament to crown, “Baseball’s Best Mario Kart Player,” featuring San Francisco’s, Hunter Pence, Cincinnati’s, Scooter Gennett, Oakland’s, Liam Hendriks, and 13 more big leaguer players competing for the title. Local band Christopher Shayne Band will perform an acoustic concert that evening taking place at Brat Haus in Downtown Scottsdale from 6PM to 10PM. This is your chance to mingle with prominent pro and college coaches, NFL and Olympic athletes, musicians, and actors.
General admission tickets are $50 and includes food (gourmet brats, sliders, soft pretzels, fries, salad and more) and non-alcoholic drinks served by Brat Haus. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at the bar for 21+ attendees. All ages are welcome to attend. VIP tickets are also available and include access to the players lounge and additional goodies.
