It’s National Cookie Day! What better way to celebrate my favorite season by making Cookies with Claus at the Four Seasons Resort at Troon North this December? Kids on Santa’s nice list (and apparently his naughty list since my little guy is invited!) will roll up their sleeves to create one of a kind cookies while listening to holiday music and of course meeting the main man himself. While grown ups sip Proof Canteen coffee, little ones will have a chance to decorate gingerbread cookies and make their own rolled sugar cookies with delectable mix ins such as candy canes, chocolate chips, and colored embellishments. The magic baking elves at the Four Seasons will whisk away the cookies to Santa’s kitchen to finish baking and package them up in a doggy bag…I mean reindeer bag to send home with every good girl and boy.
While the sweet treats are baking, tiny guests (and their grown ups) will be treated to a gourmet hot cocoa bar with all the toppings and have the opportunity to make Christmas crafts and ornaments while Santa reads a holiday story. Each child will receive their completed cookie creations at the conclusion of the event and families will have the opportunity to take photos with Santa using their own camera. Adults are welcome to indulge in cafe style refreshments and specialty breakfast cocktails for an additional cost.
Cookies with Claus will be offered from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.on Dec. 16 and Dec. 23, 2017. The event is priced at $45 per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. For reservations, call 480.513.5029.
