Located on the bustling corner of Shea and Tatum in Paradise Valley, The Covenant is turning heads with the bright yellow exterior where an empty vanilla building once was. The new restaurant which has beenopen for a few months now, has a revamped dining room featuring indoor outdoor space which is perfect for Fall in AZ. Glistening crystal chandeliers and rich jewel tone touches enhance the center bar which serves as a major focal point at The Covenant. You will want to visit The Covenant with friends that love good food and strong cocktails or your special someone that you don’t mind cuddling up with in a romantic booth at this inviting space. Be prepared to eat lots of farm to table (and sea to table) dishes including the signature homemade hummus board and some of the best seared octopus I’ve ever had. Brunch (weekend only) and Lunch options are lighter ranging from chopped salads and hearty sandwiches to more substantial offerings including seared pork tenderloin and the highly recommended perfectly cooked scallops and root vegetables at dinner time. A few other notable dishes include the beet salad and mac and cheese. Overall, a visit to this new swanky hot spot is worth your while. Put The Covenant on your happy hour rotation list at the very least!
Pro Tip: Snag a table around sunset when the dining room in bathed in magnificent golden light!
Bottom line: Give The Covenant a try!
