Halloween is just around the corner and that means it’s time for costumes, candy, and pumpkin spice latte everything. Every year I receive the same question when it comes to picking the perfect pumpkin: “What is the best pumpkin patch in town?” For the past 3 years, my answer is the same: McDonalds Ranch in Scottsdale. Not only is there a pumpkin patch at this sprawling property off Scottsdale Rd. and but they have a petting zoo, tractor ride, panning for gold, hay maze, train ride, pony rides, and BBQ! The ranch is open October 1-31st from 9am-6pm with the exception of Tuesdays. Don’t forget to bring a can of food to receive $1.00 off the $10 or $12 (weekend) admission. Tip: Go early, it gets crowded and hot and bring some cash (there are no ATM’s on property and you may need a few bucks here and there.) Want more info: CLICK HERE

While I’m talking all things Halloween- how cute are these cat ears from Ophelia The Dreamer? This is one of my favorite ETSY shops because she makes completely custom flower crowns and headbands for little ones and grownups. This headband is perfect to add a hint of Halloween flair if you don’t want to rock a full blown costume so I had to share it with you! I plan on wearing it to both the above mentioned events.
