With my 35th birthday just around the corner (UGH I know!) I started the process of early birthday party planning beginning with the party invitations. I worked with a new to me company called Basic Invite, and oh my gosh- I am head over (stiletto) heels obsessed with my design options. First of all, the adorable website is extremely user friendly and interactive- I may have gotten carried away and spent almost 2 hours designing a few samples for my upcoming birthday brunch. The site offers nearly unlimited colors that you can preview on your designs right away in addition to being able to order a custom sample. It’s so fun to mix and match color combinations to create the perfect look and feel for whatever occasion you’re celebrating. I think this is what sets Basic Invite apart from any online stationery site I’ve used. I mentioned a sample, but I want to clarify- you can obtain an actual printed sample of your exact design within a few days to make sure you love the paper quality, text positioning, and colors. If you don’t totally adore it- you can hop back online and switch things up!
Basic Invite also has over 40 different colors of envelopes to match your project and make your invitation stand out even before it is opened. Invitations aren’t the only thing this fab company offers- the custom-made stationery and announcements are pretty wonderful too! When my samples arrived I was thrilled with the high quality of paper and colors- especially the gold foil details. To be honest, they look way more expensive than they are! They also have kids party invitations templates available for customizing. I will for sure be ordering our family holiday cards through Basic Invite this year and I’ll post more about those later. I can’t justify talking about Christmas when it’s 112 degrees outside in AZ. Xoxo.
