Hello second week of school! So many moms at my little man’s school inquired about a few of JZ’s “back to school items” so I thought I’d share them with you here (full disclosure, nobody is paying me to write about these- I genuinely love all of these products and want to share!) All 4 of these essentials helped make the transition to a new classroom and new routine much smoother and I’m determined 50% of his stuff will not turn up in the lost and found this year! Enjoy these back to school necessities and send me a note of comment on my social media if you use any of these lifesavers too-I’d love to know your feedback!
These water bottles from OHSWOONDESIGNS ($12) are the perfect size for little hands and they are super easy to clean (major mom win.) I love that my little guy’s name is printed in big and bold waterproof lettering so he can always locate his cup during the chaotic lunch time in his classroom. Side note: These are incredibly durable and can withstand the arm of 3 year old temper tantrum in the middle of Target…not that I would know from personal experience or anything…
I’m obsessed with both these labels for different reasons. The waterproof stickers are from MINTED.COM and they are microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine safe. I used them on all of JZ’s clothes, sports equipment, and supplies. The rubber name bands are from 3DKOALALABELS and stretch to fit around pretty much any size child cup. Plus they are reusable and I like to put them on his water bottle at a certain level to monitor how much water he is drinking. Gosh, moms are sneaky.
If you haven’t heard of Pack IT Coolers you are totally missing out! They have built in freezer packs eliminating the need to pack extra ice in your lunch box. The company motto is “Freeze all night, chill all day” (I use one of these myself!- they make grown up versions!) Shop various sizes and patterns HERE
Last but not least, sandwiches are cool and all but sandwiches shaped like trains, hearts, and cats are cooler! These sandwich cutters from Pottery Barn Kids take lunch to a whole new level and they cut through bread super easy! I also love these bento boxes with lots of compartments for picky eaters like my small fry. If I can give him 5 options, he’s sure to at least eat a few things in there and I’ll take it!
