Do you have your masquerade mask ready for the St Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s inaugural gala happening this Friday evening? A night in Venice at Carnevale is taking place at the gorgeous Legacy Ballroom nestled between Scottsdale and Paradise Valley this weekend and the who’s who in the valley will surely be in attendance. If fire dancers, contortionists, and stilt walkers aren’t enough to keep you entertained- the fine Italian cuisine from my friends at Creations in Cuisine Catering promise to tantalize your taste buds. Of course there will be a live AND silent auction to participate in alongside the fabulous people watching which promises to be on point since the dress code is “black tie masquerade.” The gala series, “A Night in…” is designed to take Phoenicians beyond state lines with an immersive experience by highlighting a new destination each year while raising funds for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital- a charity near and dear to my heart with the mission of saving children’s lives. Tickets are still available and Amazon has a nice selection of masquerade masks that can be delivered on the same day you order! I hope you consider joining me at Carnavale and if you can spot me behind my mask, make sure to say hello!
