To carb or not to carb that is the question. I’m a foodie and I LOVE pasta, bread and potatoes so when I was entertaining the idea of a week of low carb eating I wasn’t overly excited. However, Pre Made Paleo made me change my mind with their tasty and totally convenient meals that arrive overnight entirely cooked and flash frozen. Each dish comes tightly sealed and on ice so it’s super easy to pop them into the freezer and defrost and heat as you’re ready to eat. The portions consist mainly of protein and veggies and are surprisingly flavorful and high quality. My favorite was the BBQ turkey burger and roasted beets although the spicy sausage and sweet potato hash breakfast was a pretty darn close second. If you’re looking for an easy way to eat low carb, stick to the Whole 30 meal plan (google that!) and want to avoid the dreaded white flour and carb overload that so many meals consist of, I suggest you try Pre Made Paleo.
